Paul Mandel is originally from Pittsburgh, PA and has lived in South Florida since 1985. Paul graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1979, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy. In 1984, Paul earned his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in San Diego , California . Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1985, Paul began his practice with wife and partner, Diane M. Diane M. Perkins, a resident of South Florida since 1985, was born in New York and grew up in Delaware . Diane graduated from the University of Delaware in 1983, with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Political Science. In 1986, Diane earned her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in Miami, Florida. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1986, Diane began her practice with husband and partner, Paul Mandel.
